You'll enjoy hearing this one. My client tried to cut corners and had another embroiderer digitize the attached logo. They totally butchered it. He then asks me to sew it out thinking it was machines that were at fault, not the digitizing. He learned his lesson the hard way. He has now given me the ok to do the digitizing knowing that it's going to be done right the first time. Once again, all of you are fantastic and really make my business look good. Thank you again.

Sequence of events:

• Customer comes in at 10:15 AM
• Wants 60 shirts embroidered by tonight. Keyboard lettering will look like crap.
• Wait ----
• Call Punch Perfect. Email logo @ 10:30 AM. Logo back at 12:00PM.
• Run shirts
• Logo sews flawlessly. Job is done and packed 5:30PM
• Customer very happy. I'm happy.
